Set up a professional video conferencing system with everything you need to get up and running as quickly as possible for virtual meetings and distance learning in medium to large conference rooms and classrooms with the VC520 Pro2 Video Conferencing System with Full HD PTZ USB Camera and Speakerphone from AVer. The system features a high-quality, 1080p full HD PTZ USB 3.1 Gen 1 camera with a 12x optical zoom, 18x total zoom, True Sony WDR exposure control, and SmartFrame technology that lets you clearly see everyone in the room, under any lighting condition. The full-duplex speakerphone is equipped with a powerful speaker and a mic that picks up voices within 360° up to 15′ away. With pin-sharp image and crystal-clear audio, the system delivers a life-like audiovisual experience that enhances the quality and productivity of distance collaborations for all participants.
The VC520 Pro2 is compatible with all your favorite video conferencing apps like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, and more. It quickly connects to any Mac/Windows desktop or laptop via a single USB cable. Ethernet network connectivity enables you to manage and control the camera via a web browser, centralized management software, or by using a separately available IP controller using the VISCA-over-IP protocol. If you have a separately available serial controller, you can also control the camera using the RS-232 serial port using standard VISCA, Pelco-P, or Pelco-D protocols. The VISCA protocol allows you to store up to 128 presets. You can also stream live video content to cloud-based platforms like YouTube and Facebook Live or to your on-premise streaming delivery network.
The included IR remote control allows you to adjust pan, tilt, and zoom positions, as well as tweak other settings, at the press of a button. Up to 10 position presets can be stored and recalled via the remote control. The speakerphone’s touch controls allow easy muting, volume down/up, call, and hang-up. A mobile phone can be connected to the 3.5mm Phone In port on the speakerphone. Using the line bridging function allows you to combine calls on your computer with calls on your smartphone line.
The camera can sit on your desk or other flat surface, or you can also mount it permanently on a wall using the included bracket (or on a ceiling with the optional ceiling-mount bracket). A standard 1/4″-20 threaded screw allows you to mount the camera on a tripod. Kensington slots enable you to lock both the camera and speakerphone to prevent their unauthorized removal from your conference room.
