Project quote will be for one room or multiple rooms
Work is to be carried out during normal business hours
It is recommended a photo of the room is provided
Mount LED screen/s to wall with wall mount
Installation or removal of new or existing LED/TV from a wall
Installation of a dual or single trolley
Connect cables to screen
Connect cables to video bar/camera
Cables to be run from camera or video system to table over the floor with floor cable protector (optional cost) to ensure no tripping hazards
Cabling as required for control Panel (ie Tap), ceiling microphones
Testing of all equipment
Includes Travel, Tolls, and Parking
Two technicians on site

Pricing is based on online purchase and does not include consultancy.
Should the project run onto extra hours an extra cost will be charged at our eVideo hourly rate per technician
Network Configuration of the equipment is the responsibility of the End Customer
Wall Reinforcement. For heavy screens customer should check wall construction
Any existing equipment is in working order and is not eVideo’s responsibility
Does not include any electrical work, eVideo can organize for a certified electrician to undertake work if previously discussed with eVideo
Customer’s network should be working and available for connection of new devices. IT personnel should be available to assist if required.
Any Cloud Room Platform Licences i.e. Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Room Pro, Google Meet etc. are the responsibility of the Customer and should be made available at the time of installation.
Does not include integration with any third party products or services unless indicated in the above quote.
Waste removal is not included
Power points will be made available for all components.
Network ports will be made available for all components requiring, Including PoE ports where necessary
Standard length cabling will be used unless indicated in the above quote.
Does not include concealed cabling within floors unless existing core hole with draw wire is in place and discussed with eVideo.
