Cabling as required for control Panel (ie Tap), ceiling microphones
Testing of all equipment

Should the project run onto extra hours an extra cost will be charged at our eVideo hourly rate per technician
Network Configuration of the equipment is the responsibility of the End Customer
Wall Reinforcement. For heavy screens customer should check wall construction
Any existing equipment is in working order and is not eVideo’s responsibility
Does not include any electrical work, eVideo can organize for a certified electrician to undertake work if previously discussed with eVideo
Customer’s network should be working and available for connection of new devices. IT personnel should be available to assist if required.
Any Cloud Room Platform Licences i.e. Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Room Pro, Google Meet etc. are the responsibility of the Customer and should be made available at the time of installation.
Does not include integration with any third party products or services unless indicated in the above quote.

Power points will be made available for all components.
Network ports will be made available for all components requiring, Including PoE ports where necessary
Standard length cabling will be used unless indicated in the above quote.
